Russians will be able to pay taxes in advance. The State Duma of Russia adopted a corresponding law. This is a tax on land, property and transport. Now you can pay taxes in the bank branches, the local administration cash desk or through the post office of Russia Post. The new law provides that this can be done through a multifunctional center (MFC).

Pay taxes in advance can be at the place of both registration and physical stay. When making cross-border transfers, you can also use payment cards. The tax will be considered to be paid from the moment the funds are deposited with the multifunctional center (MFC).

The law-in-draft was submitted to the State Duma by the government in late December 2017. The explanatory note states that its objectives are to improve the procedure for fulfilling the obligation to pay taxes and improve tax administration.

The State Duma states that while treating serious illnesses, Russia still remains dependent on foreign drug manufacturers. This does not meet national interests and does not contribute to the development of its own pharmacological industry, parliamentarians say. The problem of import substitution of medicines and medical equipment was a topical agenda for the interaction of the legislative body with the Government and the Ministry of Health.
