Legislations in the queue

Members of the Presidium of the Parliament discussed the agenda of the next and subsequent plenary sessions. Its main themes were the changes to the Constitution, the adoption of the second reading of a law on the Unified State Fund of Social Insurance, Accounting Chamber orders the Parliament to hold by this agency of a number of control measures, veto imposed by President for two laws, adopted by deputies. But the main thing - tomorrow deputies in the third final reading have to adopt the draft law "On republican budget for 2016". Earlier, during the plenary session, held on 6 April, it was returned in the second reading mode in connection with the offer of the company "Sheriff" on the allocation of the 300 millionth loan to eliminate debt before the budget sphere employees, formed at the end of last year. Last week the profile parliamentary committee decided to recommend to the deputies to register in the law-in-draft the rate, according to which the government will have the right to use this loan.

The Supreme Council in the near future intends to consider a package of legislations initiated by a group of parliamentarians from 23 people, in which the main role played by the proposed changes to the Constitution. It is about improving the rule of law in relation to the integrity of the institute.

Parliamentary committee on legislation has to consider of rejected by the President and aimed at the re-examination of the Parliament of the laws "On Amending the Law "On the Rules of the Supreme Council" and "On international contracts". Then adopted by the responsible committee decision will be presented to the discussion of the deputies.

Tomorrow parliamentarians also intend to consider the report of the Commissioner for Human Rights in PMR on the state of observance and protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen.
