Parliamentarians unanimously supported in the first reading the legislative initiative of the President Vadim Krasnoselsky, socially significant for development of entrepreneurship in the republic, aimed at amending the law "On licensing of certain types of activities". The need for its adoption was caused by the fact that the legislative acts in Pridnestrovie do not give an unambiguous answer to the question of establishing the maximum term of the license. In particular, it is regulated that the license cannot be valid for less than five years. However, as practice shows, the license for today is issued for a period not exceeding 5 years. The purpose of the law-in-draft is to eliminate the legal gap existing in the sphere of licensing in terms of the regulation of the subject authorized to establish a specific period of validity of the license. In accordance with the norms of the Russian federal law of the same name, the license is valid for an unlimited period of time. Deputies of the Supreme Council supported the proposal on the legislative provision of the norm, according to which the term of the license will be determined by its competitor.
Legislative initiative of the deputies Victor Guzun, Vadim Doni, Vadim Kravchuk, Andrei Mezhinsky, Vadim Levitsky on changing some of the provisions of the current law "On the individual entrepreneurial patent" passed the procedure for the first reading. Colleagues for the deputy corps supported their proposal to expand the types of entrepreneurial activity, for which an entrepreneurial patent is necessary, renting velomobiles, electric vehicles, as well as providing services for jumping on the trampoline. Implementation of these types of activities on the basis of the creation of a legal entity is unreasonable, considering that these services are mainly seasonal. The legislative initiative was the answer of parliamentarians to the appeals of entrepreneurs.
