Members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council decided on work plans for the rest of the year. There will be two plenary sessions - the 19th and the 26th of December. Tomorrow, parliamentarians will consider about two dozen legislative initiatives. Among them there is a law-in-draft on public procurement. The proposed rules resolve legal gaps that have arisen with the adoption of basic law. Earlier the law “On Procurement in Pridnestrovie”, which is new to the legislative sphere of the republic, was adopted in the final reading by the Supreme Council in November of this year. Purchases in the republic will be carried out in a new way from the beginning of next year.
Within the framework of tomorrow's plenary session, deputies will consider changes in the law on OSAGO (Compulsory civil liability insurance for vehicle owners) relating to the insurance of foreign car owners. Persons possessing a “green card” will be able to enter the territory of Pridnestrovie without any restrictions.
The VI session of the VI convocation will end on December 26. The deputies at the plenary session will consider amendments to the law “On the individual entrepreneur patent”. The author of the law-in-draft, deputy Vitaly Kalin proposed leasing a construction tool to an individual business activity. As the head of the profile committee Viktor Guzun said, 13 amendments were prepared for adoption in the second reading mode. Standards are developed in the interests of the business community.
Next year, deputies will have to discuss the state targeted program “Preservation of immovable cultural heritage sites of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic requiring urgent repairs for 2019–2021”. The program provides for the restoration, overhaul, reconstruction and improvement of 25 immovable cultural heritage sites. They plan to allocate for these purposes 5 million rubles from the republican budget and 27 thousand from the budgets of cities and regions.
