The Law will support Entrepreneurs

13.12.2017

The deputy corps in the first reading adopted a number of amendments to the law "On Personal Income Tax". The legislation is drafted to settle disputes arising when concluding civil law contracts between individual entrepreneurs and legal entities. Deputies Viktor Guzun, Vadim Kravchuk, Vadim Doni, Andrei Mezhinsky and Vadim Levitsky developed a rule that no income tax of up to 100 thousand rubles a month is payable to individual income tax on personal income tax paid by a legal entity to an individual entrepreneur when purchasing goods or providing services.

This legislative norm was introduced this year. Parliamentarians propose to extend it for next year.

The parliamentarian noted that different opinions were expressed at the meeting of the profile committee during the discussion of this law-in-draft. The discussion raised the issue of a fixed amount of income. As Victor Guzun assured, this will be the subject of discussion within the second reading.
