Today's plenary session ended with adoption of a statement of the Supreme Council. The background of appearance of this official document was told to colleagues by the vice speaker of parliament, the chairman of the Commission of the Supreme Council for Foreign Policy and International Relations Galina Antyufeeva.
The statement adopted by the deputies of the Supreme Council was sent to the countries - guarantors of the negotiation process on the settlement of the Moldovan- Pridnestrovian conflict in the "5 + 2" format, to the parliaments of Russia and Ukraine, to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. In the adopted document, authorized representatives of Pridnestrovie express serious concern about destructive actions of the Moldovan authorities against Pridnestrovie, which violate the signed international legal documents and basic human rights.
The situation with the installation of Moldovan-Ukrainian posts was commented by the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba.
