For help to the Speaker

20.09.2019

A resident of Bendery, participant in the hostilities of 1992 Valentina Dmitrieva came to the reception of the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov. During the military events, she was injured, the bullet remained in the bone cavity, and fragments. She dedicated her life to medicine, has a long working life behind. Recently, the woman issued an old-age pension. As she told the speaker, the Bendery Social Security did not take into account her status as a participant in hostilities when calculating a pension, after which Valentina Dmitrievna does not receive an additional payment for her pension. When finding out the reasons, the woman was faced with an inappropriate attitude of specialists, collecting a large list of references, despite the fact that an electronic document flow is currently operating. In order to resolve the issue of calculating pensions, the woman from Bendery turned to the Ministry of Social Protection and Labor. Currently, the woman is waiting for an answer (the 30-day period has not yet expired). The speaker Alexander Korshunov assured the applicant that the corresponding request would be sent to the relevant ministry on behalf of the legislature.

A resident of the village of Sukleya Raisa Vishnevskaya turned to the Chairman of the Supreme Council for support. The reason was the trial with neighbors over the boundaries of the land. According to the applicant, she has the right to use it for life. However, the Supreme Court made a different decision. The Speaker Alexander Korshunov assured the pensioner that the request would be sent to the Supreme Court asking him to understand the situation.
