Interaction of the Ministry of Justice with state authorities

The Ministry of Justice is working now on the creation of a reference electronic database of acts of the legislation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. It is planned to take the developed Concept of the state information system as a basis. The minister said that the system is expected to be put into operation in 2023.

The Head of the department, Alexandra Tumba, said that part of the work of the Office of the Ministry of Justice is the improvement of the regulatory framework, legal and anti-corruption examination of documents. The Minister drew attention to the need to follow the principles of completeness and consistency of legal acts in law-making activities in order not to create difficulties in the application and interpretation of the rules. Alexandra Tumba called on public authorities to more actively involve and use specialized services in the development of draft regulatory legal acts.

The Head of the department reported on the activities of the registration and notary service and the State Service of Executors.

The Ministry of Justice conducts explanatory work on the implementation of labor legislation, its employees conduct seminars. Separately, Minister Alexandra Tumba focused on the agency's activity plans for the current year.

The result of the work of the Ministry of Justice was summed up by the President. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted moments in the work of the department that require special attention, spoke about the importance of interaction between the Ministry of Justice and state authorities, improving the legal framework, and improving the skills of specialists. In general, the activities of the subdivisions of the Ministry of Justice of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic were recognized as satisfactory at the end of 2021.
