Cooperation for the Effectiveness of the Legislative Process

Chairman of the Supreme Council Mikhail Burla, Speaker Adviser Elena Gorodetskaya, the Prime Minister Tatiana Turanskaya, the heads of all departments took part at the board meeting of the Ministry of Justice. The work of the ministry in the past year, plans for the current year were summarized in the course of expanded meeting.

Historically, the immediate legislative process carried out by deputies and members of the Supreme Council, was at large extend connected with the activities of the Ministry of Justice. This important factor leaves its mark on the level of interaction between the supreme legislative body of the Republic and by this agency, which plays a leading role in the structure of the executive branch. It is responsible for the systematization of legislation forming the legal basis of our republic

The Minister of Justice Aleksandr Kisnichan reviewed the work led by departments, outlined the most complex problems. In particular, increased burden on the staff department caused by twofold increase in the number of incoming documents, ever-increasing document. The head among the main tasks has highlighted the necessity to create a structure that would deal with heirless property settlement issues. Employees of one service and two offices do this job as an extra burden.

Recently, the Ministry of Justice assigned to the important and responsible authority for the monitoring of anti-corruption, as well as the establishment of the register of state property. Now there is hope that the government will know that it really possess.

Senior government officials called for closer cooperation in the legislative process to a complex socio-economic circumstances in which the Republic was primarily due to external constraints, first of all, to find the best solutions to problems.
