ACSPO (All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion) in Pridnestrovie

All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion - is dozens of highly qualified researchers, hundreds of surveys a year, thousands of customers and interviewers. ACSPO works both in Russia and abroad, although, admittedly, not all countries are open to their studies. Belarus, for example is closed for foreign researchers: poll Belarusians at home can only employees of the Presidential Administration and the local institute. This was at a meeting of the Supreme Council of the general director of ACSPO Valery Fedorov. The center has already conducted two studies in Pridnestrovie under his leadership. The cooperation continuation is possible.

Valery Fyodorov said that the research customer of Pridnestrovian territory was one of Moscow's analytical structures - Political Analysis Center.

Responding to questions from the Pridnestrovian Parliamentarians, colleagues, advisor to the chairman of the Supreme Council, Valery Fyodorov said that the history of the center has nearly three decades, cited numerous examples of practices outlined general guidelines, and paid attention to the new trends in the sphere of public opinion research. They talked about the exit poll. Their importance is growing every year. Earlier exit polls were exclusively oral exit polls from polling stations, then later they were replaced by ballot boxes and ballot papers (a kind of re informal vote), and then the plates and the use of which simplifies data collection and processing procedures. However, the recognized expert, application of modern technologies degrades the quality of the survey results: people with technology are not always honest.

Pridnestrovie need about fifty-sections for a full investigation of citizens opinions on the election day exit polls. Professionals should be trained. It will take time. Very little remains  before the election of the head of Pridnestrovian state. It also remains to be seen whether another study of ACSPO is conducted in Pridnestrovie, and if so, whether it will coincide with the results of the election results.
