Regular issue of the official organ of the Supreme Council of the newspaper "The Councils of the People" was published. Despite its winter "registration", it begins with congratulating of the Speaker of Parliament, Vadim Krasnoselsky to our lovely women on International Women's Day March 8.

There are 2 information "nails" in the latest issue of the newspaper - report on the visit of the parliamentary delegation headed by Speaker to Moscow and the material with the speaker with the heading "Parliamentary contribution to the struggle with the deficit". He tells about the hard preliminary work of deputies, especially the profile parliamentary committee on the draft national budget 2016. When the draft issue has been sent to the printer office, it became known - after a nine-hour operation at the plenary session lawmakers adopted it in the first reading!

Deputies of the new convocation actively use the control functions of the Supreme Council. One tool for this is the deputy inquiry. This edition reflects three of them. Deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky considers that the Government deprives the Supreme Council of the possibility of legislations consideration that require a formal opinion of the supreme executive authority. Materials of the fifth page, are united under one heading, "The Chronicle of legislation", telling about everyday legislative work undertaken by parliamentarians in plenary decisions.
