The President Vadim Krasnoselsky signed a number of important laws that were previously adopted by the deputy corps.

The amendments made by the people's deputies to the law "On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the economy of the PMR" will prolong until the end of this year the legal norm providing for the exemption of enterprises applying the simplified taxation system and for maintaining and submitting statistical reports. The law signed by President of the republic extends its validity to the legal relations that have arisen since January 1, 2018.

The President signed the law "On state support of engineering organizations" adopted by the Parliament. He was also the author of the law-in-draft. The law that came into force is one of the links in the general chain of anti-crisis measures that legislators have been applying since 2014. Now we are talking about the state support of such an important branch for the country as machine building, which has long and glorious traditions in Pridnestrovie. The message to his acceptance was also in the following: the fact is that the production of machine-building is exported by our enterprises mainly to Russia. In order to find a balance between supplies to the west and to the east, this legislation was drafted.

The main idea of ​​the document is the application of various forms of state support to the leading industry, the mechanism for their implementation. The law presupposes the application of social measures, especially those aimed at supporting workers in the engineering industry, to whom there is a wage arrears. At the same time, obligations for its repayment will continue to be assigned to the industry.

The law adopted by the people's deputies and the law signed by the President will allow the machine-building organizations to come out of the crisis in the near future, increase production capacity, improve their financial condition, and restore their solvency, including in order to pay off the budget.

Having signed the law "On Amendments to the Law "On Road Safety", the President created equal conditions for obtaining driving licenses for a period of 10 years, not only for citizens of the PMR, but also for foreign citizens and stateless persons who received a temporary residence permit; permission for temporary residence. The same law states that "persons who have attained the age of 17 years are allowed to pass examinations for the right to drive vehicles of categories "B", "C1", " C" ,"T". Driving licenses are issued to the specified persons upon reaching the age of 18 ".

According to the norms of the law "On Amendments to the PMR Law "On the Republican Budget for 2018", which came into effect after the President signed the law-in-draft, 400 thousand rubles will be spent on the reconstruction of the building for the placement of unfit pesticides and agrochemicals in Grigoriopol district, their repackaging and transportation.
