The President of the Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky signed the law “On Amendments and Addenda to the Law “On the Republican Budget-2019”, adopted by the parliamentarians during the last plenary session. It concerns the wage system of public sector employees.

In accordance with the updated standards, the supplement to employees of organizations whose remuneration is financed from budgets of various levels and extra-budgetary funds in the amount of 11.5% of the salary applies to civil servants; 13% of the salary - for military personnel and persons equivalent to them under the terms of payment of money allowances, 11.5% of the official salary - for other public sector employees.

Additional payments in these amounts are paid on the basis of the amount of official salary  in proportion to the worked hours at the main place of work.

The same state employees, who receive a surcharge up to the level of the minimum wage (MW) have a monthly surcharge in the absolute value of 108.3 rubles.

Another supplement to the salaries initiated by the President will also be extended to employees whose remuneration is financed from extra-budgetary funds. By this the Unified State Social Insurance Fund is meant.

The provisions of the enacted law extended to legal relations arising from January 1, 2019.
