The President Vadim Krasnoselsky signed laws, adopted earlier by the Supreme Council. On making amendments and addendum to the law "On the individual entrepreneur's patent" is among them. The document notes: it does not apply to entrepreneurial activity, and therefore does not require the acquisition of a patent by the activities of individuals in selling livestock (cows, pigs, goats, sheep), rabbits, nutria, poultry (both live and products of their slaughter in raw and processed form), crop production, livestock, poultry, beekeeping in natural and (or) processed form.

The grown products in personal subsidiary plots can be sold on the domestic market, as well as exported outside the republic without a patent. True, provided that the individual provides a document issued by the executive body of the city (district) or local government of the village (village), confirming that the products sold or exported are produced on the land plot provided to him or his family members.

In one of the points, signed by the President, the law states that entrepreneurial activity does not include (does not require the acquisition of a patent) the activity of a natural person to lease a legal entity of a car in his possession if the vehicle is used by an individual the purposes of the performance of their official duties under the employment contract concluded with a legal entity.

 Extending the term of a patent after the expiration of the payment for it will now be possible no more than twice a year.

 The amendments and addendum, made to the law “On Notaries” by the President stipulate that the amount of payment for storing and processing documents transferred by private notaries to the archives of the relevant notarial district is established by a regulatory legal act of the government of the republic. The fee for storage and processing of such documents is subject for the following proportion: 50% - to the republican budget, and 50% to the same, but with a purpose: for the logistical support of the archival fund.
