The President Vadim Krasnoselsky signed a number of laws that were adopted by the deputies.
The amendments and addenda to the law “On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the economy of the PMR” for this year for SUEs providing utility services for consumers for water supply and sanitation, the revenue from the sale of the main activity is taxed at the rate established by this law, taking into account coefficient of 0.4.
The released funds are recognized by government subsidies and during the period are directed to the implementation of investment programs of enterprises. These are capital investments in new technological equipment, capital repairs, reconstruction and modernization of the existing one. Government support measures are caused by the extreme deterioration of water supply networks, accidents constantly occurring, as well as by the difficult financial condition of water supply and wastewater enterprises.
In the law adopted by the parliamentarians and subsequently signed by the President on amending and supplementing the law “On wages of public sector employees, monetary allowances for servicemen and persons equal to them under the terms of payments of monetary allowances, monetary allowances for civil servants” the concept of "young specialist".
The law stipulates that “public sector employees, civil servants, including young professionals, taking into account the specifics of their working conditions in the order determined by the government, industry allowances and surcharges are established, the total amount of which when calculating wages one worker cannot exceed 140 MW ".
In accordance with the amendments made to the Law “On Local Public Hearings in Administrative and Territorial Units of the PMR”, the decision to schedule hearings initiated by the population or the local Council of People’s Deputies is adopted by a local Council’s decision by a majority of votes of the established number of deputies.
The Education Act, signed by the President, has been amended. The special names “Cadet School”, “Suvorov Military School”, “Cossack Cadet Corps” were entitled to free use of public transport (except for taxis) throughout the republic during the whole year.
