Amendments to the laws on the republican budget and state support during the state of emergency entered into force

The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky signed amendments to the law “On the Republican Budget for 2020” adopted by the Supreme Council.

On April 22, the deputy corps in the course of the plenary meeting decided to increase the amount of funds that the Government can use to implement measures to combat the pandemic from April 1 to June 30. The executive branch will be able to spend at least 80 million rubles for these goals. The cash balances that are formed in the Capital Investment Fund, Road, Environmental Funds and the Entrepreneurship Support Fund can now be used to carry out anti-epidemiological measures to combat coronavirus infection.

The President signed amendments to the law “On state support during the state of emergency 2020” adopted by parliament. A number of spheres related to extending the validity of documents were not taken into account in the original version of the law. The expiration dates of qualification requirements for doctors are coming to an end. Commissions will not be convened in the current conditions, so the deadlines have been increased. In addition, the law on state support during the emergency period clarified the list of documents that will continue to operate during the state of emergency. The law signed by the president also deals with extending the term of the power of attorney for receiving a pension and the term for accepting the inheritance.

The law “On state support during the state of emergency 2020” specifies articles related to the financial support of a number of categories of citizens.
