From January 1, with the start of the new fiscal year, the law “On republican budget 2019” will come into effect. Today it was signed by the President. The consolidated budget revenues were fixed at 2,889,148,493 rubles, expenses - 4,593,312,476 rubles. The maximum size of the deficit amounted to 1,704,163,983 rubles (37.1%) to the marginal amount of state budget expenditures. As deputies of the Supreme Council previously characterized it, the country's main financial document is still socially oriented and balanced under socially protected articles. Its distinguishing features were the increase in wages to public sector employees by 7% and the continuation of the capital investment program. The volume of the corresponding fund exceeds 221 million rubles. Under the capital investment program, 150 social infrastructure facilities are to be reconstructed in the coming year.

After the official publication, the law “On the republican budget for 2019” will come into effect on January 1 of the next year. Currently, city (district) Councils are busy with the adoption of local budgets.

The President signed a law adopted by the Supreme Council, amending the Code of Administrative Offenses. It clarified the concept of “significant damage” as a result of a traffic accident. Earlier, the Supreme Council adopted a unanimous decision: a substantial damage to a vehicle, cargo, roads, road and other structures or other property should be understood as causing damage in excess of 200 MW in the amount established at the time of the offense. For violation of the rules of the road by pedestrians or committing traffic accidents by drivers there is administrative and criminal liability.
