The laws that were signed by the President and were previously adopted by the deputies, came into force.
The President Vadim Krasnoselsky signed the law on amending the Constitution, as well as a number of laws previously adopted by parliamentarians regarding the functioning of the judiciary, in particular the Constitutional Court. The President supported the decision of the deputies of the Supreme Council to raise the age limit for judges of the Constitutional Court from 65 to 70 years. The changes made to the legal framework of the republic are designed to help improve the efficiency and quality of justice in the main judicial body of the country.
The legal base of the country was supplemented by amendments to the law “On internal trade”. The changes adopted on the eve by the deputies exclude the provision that has lost its relevance to assigning categories to public catering enterprises. Thus, an extra administrative barrier is eliminated in the work of entrepreneurs.
