The Meetings in Moscow bring positive results

Chairman of the Tiraspol City Council Vadim Doni and Chairman of the Council of People's Deputies of the city of Slobodzeya District and Slobodzeya Tatiana Zalevskaya concluded in Moscow a cooperation agreement between the Association “Council of Municipal Formations of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic” and the Association “International Assembly of Capitals and Large Cities.

The document was signed in the course of the meeting with the Executive Vice President of the International Assembly of Capitals and Large Cities Vladimir Selivanov.

The signed agreement will help develop relations between the cities and regions of Pridnestrovie and municipalities of Russia, coordinate activities in the formation of conditions for the stable development of municipalities. In addition, it will be possible to develop comprehensive cooperation between municipalities in trade and economic, scientific and technical, humanitarian, cultural and social fields thanks to the new document. Now the Pridnestrovian and Russian colleagues will be able to exchange experience, implement joint projects and solve common problems of cities and regions of the PMR and the Russian Federation.

Executive Vice President of the International Assembly of Capitals and Large Cities Vladimir Selivanov invited colleagues from Pridnestrovie to take part in the XXVIII session of the International Assembly of Capitals and Large Cities on digitalization of municipal governance. The session is scheduled for July this year and will be held in the city of Nur-Sultan in Kazakhstan.
