The Meeting in the Council of Federation of Russia

The Chairman of the Supreme Council Mikhail Burla met with the head of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Konstantin Kosachev. The meeting was attended by Vice-Speaker Sergei Cheban and chairman of the relevant committee, Viktor Guzun.

According to the press center of the Russian Federation Council, the participants discussed the political and economic situation in Pridnestrovie in the context of the upcoming parliamentary elections in the Republic on 29 November this year.

The Chairman of the Supreme Council provided detailed and objective information on all issues of interest to the Russian colleagues. Mikhail Burla expressed hope that Russian parliamentarians will participate in the mission of international observers in the elections to the representative bodies of state power of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
