Impressions of Sochi

The President Vadim Krasnoselsky met with participants of the World Festival of Youth and Students from Pridnestrovie, the presidential press service reported. There were parliamentarians among the participants. They brought photo and video reports, numerous awards and impressions from Sochi. The festival participants called it a historical event of a global scale, and its participation in it was a unique opportunity and a huge honor given by the state.

They told within the framework of the meeting about the need to revive the traditions of holding youth festivals in Pridnestrovie. Honorary guest of the Sochi festival, an invariable ally of Pridnestrovian youth, the ideological inspirer of many projects Galina Antyufeeva, expressed gratitude to the president for his chosen way of supporting young people. The vice speaker of Pridnestrovian parliament spoke about the growing role of the volunteer movement. It is not yet sufficiently developed in the republic, but, taking into account the potential and the indifference of young Pridnestrovians, it has all the chances to be on top – in case of state support.
