The ability to suspend activities

Deputies of the Committee for Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry proposed to give the right to entrepreneurs who work under the simplified taxation system to suspend or stop working on this system during the tax period. So far, only entrepreneurs who work under the patent system have such a right.

The law-in-draft, initiated by the Committee for Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry, was adopted by the Supreme Council in final reading.
