Oak restoration

Deputies supported in the first reading the state program for the restoration of oak forests in our republic. The program is designed for 20 years and involves the cultivation of oak. According to the developers of the program, this will contribute to improving the quality and productivity of the forests of Pridnestrovie.

Today, the area of ​​forests in our republic is more than 30 thousand hectares. Forest cover is only 7.6%, although the best option is 12-14%. The area of ​​oak is 6.1 thousand ha. This is 29% of the total forest area. The total funding of this State program will amount to 22 million 672 rubles.

Another Government initiative proposed to expand the list of activities included in the soft loan program by subsidizing interest rates. This rule will apply to the organization of the construction complex. Today, only industrial and agricultural organizations are under this program. According to the Government, the adoption of this rule will allow attracting relatively inexpensive credit resources to the construction industry and modernizing the fixed assets that the enterprise needs. The law-in-draft was developed on the basis of repeated requests from the Union of Industrialists, Farmers and Entrepreneurs, as well as organizations of the construction industry. In general, about 6 organizations with a total investment of about 1 million euros are applying for this program. These enterprises provided their business plans and investment programs. Deputies supported the law-in-draft and adopted it in the first reading.
