Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources Efimy Koval called the issue of withdrawal of land from land users the most difficult. Special commission, composed of representatives of the Presidential Administration, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Supreme Council, law enforcement bodies have to find answer to this complex and resonant question. The people whose land was confiscated from January 2012 till December 2016 were invited; they work individually with each of them. As it was noted during the last session today, the land was confiscated under the pretext alleged for public use, but eventually were privately owned. The head of the company "Agro Lucca" called this approach as raider seizure.

The confusion in the sphere of land relations became the subject of considerable discussion at the meeting of the national all over Pridnestrovian forum. The adopted solutions in this field have led to significant loss of budget, loss of jobs, creation of a precedent violation of the legislation on the part of senior officials, the loss of trust in the government by the land users, as well as creating a negative business background for domestic and foreign investors.

The outcome of the discussion was the decision of the Consultative Assembly. The founders of the republic consider it necessary to address the president Vadim Krasnoselsky with a proposal on the basis of the Supreme Court decision to cancel unlawful legal acts of the former president, the Government, the Minister of Agriculture, adopted in the sphere of land use. To recommend Investigative Committee based on the decision of the Supreme Court to initiate a criminal case against former President Yevgeny Shevchuk in connection with the decisions in the field of management and administration of seized by them land. The resolution was decided to supplement with other suggestions, made during the discussion.
