Residents of the Kirovsky microdistrict of Tiraspol at the end of September began to turn to the Deputy of the Supreme Council Grigory Dyachenko with a request to sort out the conflict situation. We are talking about water consumption meters. The owners of private houses installed water meters in wells on the territory of their households and invited Vodokanal specialists to seal the meters. Employees of "Vodokanal" replied that from September 15, new requirements were introduced. The meters should be installed outdoors in wells on the main highway.
According to Grigory Dyachenko, since the main well is located on the street, this can create a risk of damage to the meter by someone else. In addition, there are other difficulties in meeting the new requirements of Vodokanal.
The parliamentarian considers that if the new requirements are really adopted and not brought to the attention of people, it is necessary to reimburse the costs of water consumers who have installed meters on the territory of their private houses, and now are forced to reinstall them in wells on the street.
By unanimous decision, the Supreme Council sent a deputy inquiry to the PMR Chairman of the Government and the PMR Prosecutor.
