A heated discussion was prompted by a speech of Vladimir Rilyakov, member of the advisory meeting of the first Pridnestrovian deputies. He drew attention of the Preisdent to the need to find a just solution of land issues. The arbitration court considers a number of claims from land users, but there is, in his opinion, a "selective approach". The prosecutor of the republic Anatoly Guretsky told about presence of the problem, difficulties in resolving it.

According to Vadim Krasnoselsky, the dialogue with the presidium of the All-Pridnestrovian People's Forum was honest and open. He is convinced that today it is necessary to consolidate Pridnestrovian society for the benefit of the development and prosperity of the republic.
