Questions requiring urgent solutions

In the course the meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council, held on Tuesday, it was decided to hold an emergency plenary session of the legislature on October 8 at 10:00.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Supreme Council Mikhail Burla has issued a decree. The document is based on the norms of the Rules, and reflects the situation with the inability of the plenary sessions due to lack of the quorum required for the adoption of legal acts by the Parliament. The agenda of the forthcoming extraordinary meeting is regarding the situation in the legislative body of the republic in the sphere of pensions, legislations submitted by the President in the regime of legislative necessity, and other issues of social and economic nature, requiring urgent solutions. Among them there are anti-crisis legislations developed by parliamentarians.

The prosecutor of the republic, chairman of the city (district) councils of people's deputies, the Commissioner for Human Rights, representatives of authorized executive bodies of state power were invited to participate in the extraordinary meeting of 8 October.

It was instructed to interrupt the leave without salary for one day (October 8, 2015)  of deputies of the Supreme Council registered as candidates for deputies of the Supreme Council of the VI convocation in order to ensure quorum with another order of the Speaker of Parliament.

In accordance with the norms of the Constitution of PMR the Supreme Council deputy shall attend the meetings of the Supreme Council and its working agencies.
