Discussion of the report of the Accounting Chamber on the audit of the non-profit organization "Stabilisation Fund PMR", founded by Yevgeny Shevchuk, was very emotional. Deputies felt uncontained indignation towards promulgated "flagrant violations of the Constitution".

Tatiana Turanskaya tried to soften the debate, indicating that 82.9 million rubles from the Stabilization Fund still left on the provision of material assistance and treatment of PMR defenders and other social groups, the logistics of law enforcement and other security agencies. She was opposed by the head of parliament's Economics Committee, Alexander Martynov.

Deputy Victor Guzun summed up heated discussion classic saying "a thief belongs in jail". His colleagues by unanimous decision instructed the responsible committee to prepare a draft decision of the Supreme Council on the results of consideration of the report of the Accounting Chamber. The clauses, according to deputies should include such proposals as: send test material to the Public Prosecutor, the Investigative Committee and the KGB; to inform about the results of her colleagues from the State Duma, as well as the Administration of the Russian President, since we are talking about the use of Russian gas; make public the information received during today's plenary meeting.
