There are anti-crisis measures in the forefront

Members of the presidium of the parliament discussed the issues that are planned to be submitted for discussion by the deputies in the course of the plenary session September 23 and 30. Deputies have to consider amendments to the Constitution and the Law "On safety" tomorrow. We are talking about the formation and functioning of the public authority, as the Security Council. Previously, these issues were regulated by the presidential decree.

In the course of the plenary session September 23 deputies will consider the initiative of their colleague Alexander Korshunov, proposed as one of the anti-crisis measures and direction to replenish the budget. The legislator, in particular, offers to amend the law "On Excise Tax", providing for the introduction of excise duty to tobacco producers.

In a week later, parliamentarians will discuss the legislative initiatives of the deputy Anatoly Dirun, provides for the adoption of some government measures aimed at improving the macro-economic and socio-economic stability of the republic. The author suggested, for example, in 2014, to create a stabilization fund, and indicate the source of replenishment for the solution of the most important the social issues to date - payment of arrears of wages and pensions. This initiative has been recommended to be adopted in the first reading during the session of parliamentary committee.

Repeated appeals of the Supreme Council to the Presidium of the leadership of the Government regarding the necessity to find solutions to the complex socio-economic situation jointly are still unanswered. Along with this, the legislature has not acted twice requested additional information required for full consideration of the draft Tax Code and the Concept of budget and tax policy.

The agenda of the plenary session tomorrow - is information hour of the executive. In the second half of the day (14.00) legislators will hear the Minister for Social Protection and Labor Oksana Bulanova and get answers to questions relating to the payment of pensions of the Russian Federation.
