In the "front-line dugout"

Veterans organized in Dnestrovsk a meeting in a festive "Frontline dugout" on the eve of Victory Day. Deputy of the Supreme Council Victor Guzun, his deputy corps colleagues from Tiraspol Liubov Zolotnikova and Sergei Karyuk congratulated veterans, former prisoners of fascism, widows of war veterans and home front workers with the upcoming anniversary and presented gifts.

By tradition, they sang war songs together, strengthening the spirit of the people, faith in victory and love for the motherland. In the course of tea party the veterans told of the heroism of soldiers of the terrible events on the front line of the battle for Moscow, the battles of Stalingrad and Kursk, an exhausting and selfless labor in the rear - to factories, forest harvesting, rail, collective and state farms, and how he met the most long-awaited Victory Day.
