Attention, tender!

The Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic announces a tender for the purchase of fuels and lubricants. The source of financing is the republican budget. Subject of the tender: AI-95 gasoline and diesel fuel (Euro).

Commercial offers should be sent before January 24, 2018, at the address: Tiraspol, 25 October Str., 45, office 300 "а", contact phone numbers: 0- (533) -8-00-87, 0- (533) -6-24-56.

The tender will be held January 30, 2018 at 11:00 at: Tiraspol, 25 October Str., 45, briefing hall of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

Information that should be reflected in the commercial proposal:

1) full name of the business entity, the address, bank details, contact phone number, name, patronymic or authorized representative;

2) brief characteristics and possible volume (minimum quantity) of supply of the tender subject;

3) conditions and terms of delivery of the subject of the tender (the possibility of using the coupon system);

4) the presence of a certificate of conformity for petroleum products of these brands;

5) the price per unit of the tender subject in rubles of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic;

6) possible payment terms;

7) a copy of the license or a certificate of state registration.

Participation of the head of the economic entity is mandatory. In case of impossibility of participation of the head, the authorized representative must have a power of attorney to participate in the tender process.

Participants of the tender in case of non-fulfillment or improper performance of the assumed obligations are liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
