Attention to the veteran of the Great Patriotic War

Local artists organized on Victory Day a small concert at the house of a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, a participant in the storming of the Reichstag Yakov Ivanovich Fadeev. Sergey Pisarenko, Deputy of the Supreme Council for the electoral district No. 5 "Central"  joined the congratulations.

Yakov Fadeev was born on September 22, 1926 in the village of Burilovo, Kotovsky district, Odessky region. He was only 17 years old when he joined the ranks of the Soviet army, which at that time went on the offensive, conquered the occupied territories and liberated the countries of Europe from the "brown plague". Yakov Ivanovich fought as part of the 1st Ukrainian Front in the 236th Nerchinsk Rifle Regiment of the 106th Rifle Assault Division. He was awarded with medals "For the capture of Berlin", "For the liberation of Prague".
