Rural schools, parks and cultural centers require attention from the state. Deputies are involved in improving rural infrastructure. Major overhaul of sanitary conveniences was carried out in schools of six villages in the Dubossary region last year, under the program of the Voters' Orders Fund: Garmatskoye, Goyany, Doibany II, Dubovo, Novo-Komissarovka and Krasny Vinogradar. These settlements belong to the electoral district No. 10 of the Deputy of the Supreme Council Oleg Bayev. Boilers have been installed in the school in the village of Krasny Vinogradar, now students can use hot water. Lighting and washbasins have been replaced in the dining room. This year the necessary work will be done in the building of the primary school of the village.
Currently, a work plan for the Oleg Bayev district is still being formed, which includes the villages: Vasilyevka, Garmatskoye, Dzerzhinskoye, Doibany I, Doibany II, Dorotskoye, Krasny Vinogradar, Novaya Lunga, Novye Goyany, Rogi, Tsybulevka, Yagorlyk and others. The republican budget has allocated 350 thousand rubles for each constituency of the deputy of the Supreme Soviet.
According to Oleg Bayev, attention should be paid to rural houses of culture. There are a number of Soviet-built facilities that require major repairs. As the parliamentarian noted, it is necessary to plan these works, and as funds appear in the local and republican budgets, they must be carried out.
An important issue is the arrangement of park zones in the villages of the Dubossary region. It is necessary to equip the territory on the site of waste-land in the village of Dzerzhinskoye for example. This settlement is the birthplace of the world-famous doctor Nikolai Vasilievich Sklifosovsky.
As noted by the Deputy of the Supreme Council for constituency No. 10, the issue of allocating funds from local and republican budgets for the development of the park in the village of Dzerzhinskoye will be raised and if funding is available the issue will be resolved.
