Deputies at the meeting adopted in the second reading law-in-draft providing for additions to the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The appearance of this document is due to repeated appeals by citizens. They complain that often specialized enterprises refuse to conclude an agreement on the export of solid waste. The deputies of the Committee on Regional Policy proposed to establish administrative responsibility for this.
In addition, at the meeting, amendments to the law "On the Basics of the Tax System in Transdniestria" were adopted in first reading.
This law-in-draft was developed by the Government in order to optimize the process of issuing collection orders by the tax authorities for the undisputed recovery of funds from business entities that do not fulfill their tax payment obligations.
In addition, the new rule of law will help reduce paperwork and translate the implementation of such functions into electronic form.
Changes to the Law on Currency Regulation and Currency Control were also considered. The authors of the legislative initiative are a group of deputies of the Committee on Agriculture.
Currently, legal entities are obliged to ensure the import of goods for import operations up to 15 days against the cash foreign currency previously withdrawn from banks.
By a general decision of the deputies of the Supreme Council, the law-in-draft was adopted in two readings at once and will be sent to the President as a law.
