Members of “The Obnovlenie” considered a number of issues on the agenda of the forthcoming plenary meeting. The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba, Deputy Prime Minister Stanislav Kasap. The discussion was given to the amendment of the law "On licensing of certain types of activities", submitted by the government. The developer proposes to refer to the licensed types of construction, reconstruction, major and medium repairs of highways and road structures. The Vice Prime Minister, presenting the initiative, noted that its adoption will help ensure that the roads are taken up by bona fide firms with qualified personnel, appropriate equipment and machinery.
Members of the responsible parliamentary committee for the development of entrepreneurship and industry, discussing the law-in-draft, did not come to a common opinion.
Deputies wondered if the law would be passed, whether the licenses issued earlier would be valid or the construction organizations involved in this activity would have to receive new ones?
During discussion of the law-in-draft there was also other question: road maintenance also will be licensed? Not all questions legislators received exhaustive answers, and most importantly, they could not be convinced of the need to adopt the law-in-draft. Apparently, the discussion will continue at the plenary session. The final decision is to be taken by the deputy corps.
Members of the faction supported the amendments to the law "On the Republican Budget". One of them is proposed to expand the list of persons who can get vouchers for sanatorium treatment. Such an opportunity will be provided to the defenders of Pridnestrovie, participants in hostilities in the territory of other states, representatives of other preferential categories of citizens. It is planned to allocate 684 thousand rubles for these purposes.
