Exhibition-fair of Pridnestrovian entrepreneurs within the framework of the festival "I am an entrepreneur!" spread over almost the entire Catherine Park in Tiraspol. Individual entrepreneurs and representatives of large industries from all cities and regions of Pridnestrovie came here to present their goods and services. They presented food products, light industry goods and handicrafts, building materials, and various types of services. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pridnestrovie president Vasily Kozhan said that this festival launched the well-known project "Buy Pridnestrovian!" this year.
Entrepreneur's Day appeared in Pridnestrovie in 2017, when the President signed a decree, which included the date – May 26. The republic pays special attention to the development and support of business. The state offers concessional lending for start-ups. Not only such well-known project as “Buy Pridnestrovian!” is successfully working within the framework of the state target program to support entrepreneurship, but also “My Business”. Those who want to open their own business and still do not know where to start are trained on the basis of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pridnestrovie.
New production facilities were also presented in the capital as part of the festival "I am an entrepreneur!", which are just beginning to develop, but have already found their own place in the market. Thus, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy Vadim Kravchuk drew attention to ecological production, which is new for our region. The capital entrepreneur decided to recycle old, useless car tires into such a rubberized coating for playgrounds that is in demand today.
According to the parliamentarian, a lot is being done in the republic to support and develop entrepreneurship today. Vadim Kravchuk considers, they face problems, of course. This is a small sales market, and difficulties with logistics, and the economic blockade of Pridnestrovie. However, support from the state today is not nominal, but quite real. More than 20 thousand Pridnestrovians employed in this area understand and feel this.
Several centers were opened in the Catherine Park within the framework of the festival "I am an Entrepreneur!", where experts spoke in detail about the possibility of obtaining a dual education in Pridnestrovie, when the theory is immediately confirmed by work in practice.
