To fulfill the orders of voters

The Supreme Council approved a resolution on the procedure for the formation of the Program for the Execution of Voter Orders for 2018. Until February 15, the deputies will submit a list of facilities for each electoral district that require inclusion in this program. Targeted financing is provided by the law "On the republican budget 2018".

As explained by the parliamentarian, the law regulating the order of execution of voters' orders was adopted long ago, but at the state level it will be realized for the first time.

The program of execution of the voters' orders for this year, parliamentarians plan to approve until March 1 as a separate annex to the law on the republican budget. After the program is adopted, executive bodies will start implementing it, they are the managers of budgetary funds. For their part, the deputies have the right to exercise control over how efficiently and effectively the program will be executed.
