The emergency building of the boardinghouse in the village of Krasnoe, Slobodzeya District, is subject to dismantling. This is the opinion of the commission with the participation of representatives of the Supreme Council and the Ministry of Economic Development. The first visiting session took place today. The President instructed to determine the fate of the object in the course of the meeting with deputies from the Slobodzeya region. Then the question of the fate of the building of this boardinghouse was raised by the deputy of the Supreme Council for the Krasnyansky constituency Sergey Cheban.
The building in Rabochaya street, 4a - emergency. Such a verdict back in 2008 was made by the commission of the regional state administration.
Gradually, tenants from the fifth to the third floor were evicted. 10 families remained living on the first and second floors in 2008. The commission of the regional state administration in its act of inspection of the technical condition of the boardinghouse recommended relocating people to other premises. The families were moved to a boardinghouse in Rabochaya Street, 9 within two years. The issue with those registered in this building, which has been empty for more than ten years remained unresolved. 93 people totally are registered, 20 of which are children.
The walls and roof of the dormitory are crumbling. The foundation is fragile, there are subsoil waters. The object poses a threat to the lives of people living in the area, including children, who cannot go around an empty building. The administration of the village regularly addresses the teachers of the school and kindergarten so that parents do not allow children to be in the emergency building.
The commission will draw up an act on the accident rate of the building requiring dismantling. It is necessary to determine the amount of expenses for dismantling the building. The funds will be provided in the Capital Investment Fund. The program will soon be long term. The Supreme Council is considering a draft capital investment program for 2021–2026.
