The Supreme Council again considered vetoed by the President the law "On amendments to the Customs Code of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic". It is to exclude article governing the obligation to the customs authorities for the registration of contracts of foreign economic activity. The initiative was presented by deputies sixth convocation of the Supreme Council Viktor Guzun, Vadim Levitsky and colleagues from the previous convocation Sergei Semenov and Alexei Narubai. It is aimed at improving the situation of the participants of foreign economic activity, regardless of departmental subordination and forms of ownership.

Presenting arguments of the President, his spokesman on the issue said that "the cancellation of the registration of contracts complicate the procedure of customs clearance of cargoes, weaken effective customs control and in general negative impact on the economic security of the Republic".

Responsible committee has another point of view , who proposed the deputies to approve the law in the earlier adopted wording. The head Viktor Guzun emphasized that the decision was taken in the framework of harmonization of Pridnestrovian legislation with Russian.

Deputy corps supported the opinion of the relevant committee. The law will be sent to the President for signing and promulgation.
