"The main achievement of our state, our people, in my opinion, is that the people recognize the state. People want to live and work. They do not want to leave. Our mission is to make sure that people are not disappointed with their choice, which they did 25 years ago. Today, we see a certain weariness of society. Indeed, to what extent people are willing to tolerate? Where is the line, up to which people are willing to unite and overcome difficulties? Naturally, everything that everybody wants to see is the care of the state. Everyone wants to see the future. When a person does not see, he leaves. Unfortunately, there are such trends.

Our state should develop a comprehensive development program. It should include a program of food security. It is imperative that we are at our soil, using our resources to be able to feed our people. This import substitution program that we are able to dress, to put on our citizens. We have such an opportunity. We can do it. The next point - is a program of energy security. If we move in this direction in a complex, we can create the conditions necessary for a person to be able to realize themselves here. The potential of small and medium businesses are large. We need to work on this.

A lot depends on administrative decisions that are taken. There are a lot of examples of this. We are talking about the development of agriculture, support for agriculture. Everybody understands that we need to do it, but the latest example - increase in tariffs for irrigation. It sets such a high price that farmer, clutching his head and says that to grow fruit and vegetables becomes unprofitable. This is just one example of management solutions that negate all our intentions”.
