Victor Guzun, "In order to liquidate the enterprise, first of all it must be evaluated"

05.07.2017

There are 3 thousand legal entities in the republic that are in a "suspended state" - and do not work, and are not liquidated. The main hitch is that before the official liquidation by the relevant commissions under the state administrations of cities, the property of enterprises should be evaluated. Deputies Viktor Guzun, Vadim Kravchuk and Vadim Doni initiated changes in certain provisions of the Civil Code. Their essence is in the priority payment for the services of property appraisers of the liquidated legal entity.

Even more figuratively spoke his colleague, the parliamentarian Oleg Vasilaty.

At the same time, the responsible committee on legislation considers that payment of valuation services should be carried out in the second place, since many existing legally inactive enterprises do not have obligations on social payments, such as compensation for obtaining work-related injuries or professional Diseases.

Reacting to this proposal, the authors of the legislative initiative regarded it as changing the very essence, the concept of the law-in-draft. They were supported in this by all the deputy corps, with the exception of two parliamentarians. The law-in-draft was adopted in the first reading by the authors of the legislative initiative.
