The VII convocation of the PMR Supreme Council will start work on December 8

The first plenary meeting of the Supreme Council of the VII convocation will be held on the 8th of December. The corresponding decree was signed today by the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky. According to article 67 of the PMR Constitution, the President convenes the first session of the Parliament of the new convocation and opens the first plenary session. 33 elected deputies will take part in it:

The PMR CEC at the meeting on December 3 registered the elected deputies of the Supreme Council. The deputy's certificates are ready and will be issued to the parliamentarians of the VII convocation in working order. It was decided to abandon the award ceremony due to the epidemiological situation.

The Central Election Commission has published the final results of the single voting day. According to the updated data, the final turnout was 28.06%. 115 205 residents of the republic came to the polling stations.

Elena Gorodetskaya, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the PMR will announce the final results of the parliamentary elections at the first plenary meeting of the session of the VII convocation. Then the leadership of the Supreme Council will be elected and the structure of the parliament of the VII convocation will be determined.
