Departure of minors abroad: justification of the reason

The President signed and put into effect a new version of the law "On the order of entry to the DMR and departure from the PMR". The document was adopted by the deputy corps. Henceforth, if one of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians or trustees) declares his disagreement on the departure of a child from the republic, the issue will be decided in a judicial procedure.

At the same time, parents were obliged at the legislative level to indicate the reason for disagreement on the departure from Pridnestrovie of their underage children. In this case children will not be able to cross the state border before the court decision.

The migration service, in turn, is obliged to notify the second parent of the application. The reason for the refusal, however, can be appealed in court.
