An important political event of the year took place in Pridnestrovie – the election of the President. The deputies of the Youth Parliament under the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic said in an interview with the parliamentary press service that they voted for the further development of the republic and new opportunities for the younger generation.

“I would like to congratulate Vadim Nikolaevich Krasnoselsky on his victory in the presidential elections in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on behalf of the deputies of the Youth Parliament and me personally. I want to express my gratitude to all the young people who showed their civic activity, came to the polling stations and made a choice in favor of their future”, said the Chairman of the PMR Youth Parliament Roman Efodiev.

Chairman of the Youth Parliament's commission for the development of international relations Vasily Badyan noted that the elections in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic have always been an important institution of democracy.
