The veterans of wars will receive an additional privilege

Deputies of the Supreme Council adopted amendments to the law "On excises" in the first reading. The law-in-draft is sent by the President in the regime of legislative necessity.

The President offered to grant privileges for the payment of excise duty when importing vehicles to the territory of the PMR to all categories of combatants.

The parliamentarian cited some figures. Earlier, depending on the year of production and the volume of the car's engine, citizens paid from 800 to 1500 dollars. After the entry into force of the norm, preferential categories of citizens will be exempted from these costs.

The law-in-draft will be considered during the next plenary session in the second reading.
