Return - in consideration for future payments

The law-in-draft of Deputy Oleg Leontyev, providing for the retroactive effect of the law "On payment for land" was adopted in the second reading. The effect of the legislative act will be extended to legal relations between peasant farms and the state, starting in 2012.

In the spring of this year, the law was amended, according to which the peasant farms can pay land tax not from the moment of registration of the farm, as it was earlier, but from the moment of allocation of the land plot. The purpose of the new changes is to restore and protect the right of land users to take advantage of the privilege they were entitled to in the first three years of the peasant farm operation. In the first year of work, they are exempted from paying land tax by 100%, in the second year - 75, and in the third - half.

Lost benefits of farmers who formed farms over the last five-year period will be calculated and returned to future payments for land.
