The Supreme Council of Pridnestrovie closed the autumn session

The PMR Supreme Council held the final plenary meeting of the II session of the VII convocation today. The Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov announced the closure of the parliamentary autumn session after the consideration and adoption of the legislations on the agenda.

16 plenary sessions and 27 meetings of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the PMR were held in the PMR Supreme Council for the period from September to December 2021. In the II session of the VII convocation, the Supreme Council considered 323 issues in total, 171 legislative initiatives were submitted for consideration from the subjects of the right of legislative initiative:

- 34 legislations were presented by the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (19 of them - in the mode of legislative necessity);

- 87 legislations - by the Government of the PMR;

- 6 legislations - by the Prosecutor of the PMR;

- 4 legislations - by the Bendery City Council of People's Deputies;

- 1 law-in-draft - by the Council of People's Deputies of the Grigoriopol region and the city of Grigoriopol;

- 1 law-in-draft - by the Supreme Court of the PMR;

- 38 legislations - by the deputies of the PMR Supreme Council.

From September 2021 to December 2021, the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic signed and officially published 135 Laws of the PMR.
