The PMR Supreme Council closed the autumn session

The IV session of the VII convocation of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic will be closed tomorrow, December 21. This decision was made today by the Presidium of the Parliament.

The 4th emergency meeting of the PMR Supreme Council will be held within the framework of the autumn session before the final plenary session. The deputies will consider the issue of approving the Decree of the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic that will extend the state of emergency in the economy. Let me remind you that the state of emergency in Pridnestrovie is valid until December 31 inclusive.

The Presidium introduced about 20 initiatives to the additional agenda of the final plenary meeting of the autumn session of the Supreme Council. Most of the legislations are prepared by the Committee for Economic Policy, Budget and Finance in the final reading. These are among other things the extension and expansion of state support measures for enterprises due to external negative factors, the abolition of the law on support measures in connection with the state of emergency and coronavirus quarantine that has been in force since April 2020, as well as amendments to the law “On Procurement in the PMR” .

The Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media invites the deputies to consider legislations on extending the electronic reporting system and on amending the state program for the preservation of immovable cultural heritage sites of Pridnestrovie.
