The next plenary session of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic will take place on the 14th of June. This decision was made today by the Presidium of the Parliament. The agenda of the plenary session included legislative initiatives prepared for consideration in the first or second readings by the Committee on Legislation, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens, as well as the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance. For example, the Supreme Council will consider amendments to the laws “On the organization of the provision of public services” and “On enforcement proceedings”, which will simplify the procedure for paying fines, law-in-draft on amendments to the law “On Notaries”, which will allow citizens to pay for the services of a public notary when with the help of the state information system "Electronic Payments", amendments to the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Code of the PMR may change the rules for release from prison for convicts with serious illnesses. Amendments to the laws “On Accounting and Reporting”, “On the Unified Social Tax and Mandatory Insurance Contribution”, “On the Procedure for Conducting Inspections in the Implementation of State Control (Supervision)”, “On Procurement in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic” and other questions in the economic sphere.
The Presidium supplemented the main agenda of tomorrow's plenary session of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic today. On June 7, the deputies will consider the legislative initiative of the President of the PMR on the allocation of money from the republican budget for the construction of a new landfill in the Grigoriopol region and will hear a report from the Pridnestrovian Republican Bank on activities in 2022. The deputies will consider in the second reading in the additional agenda a package of legislations prepared by the Legislation Committee on countering extremist activity.
