The PMR Supreme Council will continue to work online in the spring session due to the ongoing unfavorable situation in connection with the incidence of COVID-19. Plenary sessions, meetings of the Presidium and committees will be held in skype conferences until the epidemiological situation improves. Meetings with voters and receptions of citizens are still held rarely and strictly in compliance with all quarantine measures.
The first meeting of the Presidium took place in the spring session after the New Year holidays. The Supreme Council now is making decisions on organizational issues, a new structure of the Apparatus is being finalized in connection with decrease in the number of committees. Deputies continue to work in their committees on legislations that were submitted to parliament at the end of 2020, as well as on voter orders. The first plenary session of the PMR Supreme Council in the spring session will be held on January 20. It is planned to discuss the work plans for 2021 prepared by the heads of parliamentary committees.
